The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from the online store of Politis Bros LLC through the website www.polihome.gr

Order Cancellation

When you place your order through the Polihome online store (www.polihome.gr) for products that belong to the Polihome product range, you have the option to cancel your order on the same day you placed the order.

Transport of Returned Products

If you wish to return merchandise due to a change of mind, you will need your receipt, your order form, the order confirmation email, and the credit card slip (if you have paid by credit card). To return your products, you can visit the Polihome distribution warehouses in Sindos (Industrial Zone A4, Sindos, Thessaloniki, 57022). Alternatively, you can send your request through the contact form www.polihome.gr/contact and selecting the Returns Department. For any information you need, you can contact us by phone at 231 231 44 44, or at 215 215 44 44 from a landline or mobile phone at the cost of a local call. The return request becomes effective from the date you notify us of your request to return the merchandise.

The products you want to return must be in excellent condition (for items that have factory packaging, the packaging should not have been tampered with or damaged, and clearly you should not have proceeded with assembling them). You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product falls under warranty issues due to a manufacturing defect. If you open the product packaging, you should ensure the condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you deliver them to the company's warehouses in Sindos (the address is mentioned above).

You have the option to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt. You are obliged to return to us the product/products from the purchase you are withdrawing from immediately without undue delay and in any case within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract for the items. The deadline is considered to have been met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day period. Politis Bros LLC may not accept any return or replacement of a product if the deadline has not been met.

In addition to the rights provided under the return policy, all rights that apply to consumers under existing provisions and laws regarding the sales contract, as well as any rights arising in relation to the warranty terms of the products, are recognized in any case.

Refund of Returned Products Value

If you meet the return conditions, we will refund the amount corresponding to the value of the merchandise you are returning, via bank deposit to your account unless you prefer another method of return for which you should inform us in writing.

The refund of the returned products will be made as soon as possible. In any case, it will be made after you notify us in writing of your request to return the products and we accept the return as well as provided that the products have been delivered to the warehouses in Sindos, Thessaloniki (the address is mentioned above). If the order has been routed/invoiced from our warehouses for delivery to the customer - in case of cancellation, shipping costs are not refunded.

Payment by Card

If you have paid by credit or debit card, the refund process begins with the confirmation of the cancellation or the delivery of the return package to the shipping company.
The refund to your account may appear either as a reversal transaction or cancellation of the payment order.
Finally, the time it will take for the money to be returned to your account depends on your bank.
The refund to your card is made in the same way the payment was made.
If the charge was made in monthly interest-free installments, then the refund of the money will also be made in the corresponding monthly installments.

Return of Defective Product

Upon receipt of the products, the customer should check the packaging externally, confirming the absence of external and aesthetic defects. In the case of a defect, the consumer has the right to refuse receipt of the items and return them to the distributor or to accept delivery by signing with reservation of content and contact the company's support department within 5 calendar days via the withdrawal form or by sending the request in writing. In case this deadline passes, they lose all relevant rights.

In case the consumer discovers a defective part of a product during unpacking of the items at their place, they must contact the company's support department and not proceed with its assembly if it has internal damages or defects so that it is feasible and to determine the process of routing the problematic spare part and not to throw away the original packaging of the product.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  1. The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
  2. The supply of goods that are manufactured according to the specifications that you as a consumer have set or that are not in stock and require special order from the (supplier/manufacturer).
  3. The supply of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other elements.

We are sorry, but we do not accept returns on special orders (living room sets, upholstered beds), white goods with opened packaging (e.g. sheets, duvets, pillows, mattresses, pillow and mattress protectors, etc.), products that were ordered/manufactured exclusively for you, either by domestic or foreign suppliers/manufacturers.
