Polihome company, in an effort to improve customer convenience and experience, offers you flexible payment methods, both from our online store www.polihome.gr and from our showroom. Enjoy your home and see it take the form you've dreamed of without having to pay the amount immediately. Up to 12 interest-free installments with credit cards (Visa, MasterCard). Don't have a credit card? No problem, Polihome company also offers you other practical payment methods such as: (Bank deposit, Payment at warehouses, Cash on delivery).
1. Payment via deposit to a bank account
You can pay for your order at one of the banks we cooperate with, simply by providing the order number and the name of the order.
Prepay your order in one of the following current accounts of the banks we cooperate with.
After your order is completed, deposit to one of the above accounts the amount of the products you purchased (including shipping costs) and send us a photocopy of the deposit (which will include your name and your order number) via email to [email protected]. If you cannot send us the proof, please send us an email stating the date of deposit, the deposit bank, the deposit number, the order number, your name and a contact phone number. Once we receive the proof of deposit, we will start the process of executing your order. If you do not follow the previous procedure and your deposit does not indicate your order number or the name of this order, it will be impossible for us to identify that the deposit corresponds to your order and there will be additional delays in routing it.
2. Payment upon receipt - delivery of the order (cash on delivery method).
Pay for your order upon delivery to your location.
In case the products are sent with a shipping company, the cash on delivery method is only valid for the city of Thessaloniki, while for all other regions of Greece this payment method is not available. For this payment method, the customer/user will be asked for at least 40% of the total amount as a down payment and the rest will be paid in cash upon delivery/receipt of the products.
*According to current tax provisions, documents worth more than €500 to professionals/businesses (Sales Invoices) and to Individuals, should be paid only by Deposit/Remittance to a bank account and Charge to a credit/debit card.
3. Payment of your order at the store or at the central facilities.
You can pay for your order in cash or by credit card:
- At our showrooms in Athens & Thessaloniki.
- At the company warehouse (Ind. Zone A4, Sindos, Thessaloniki).
4. Payment by credit card
Charge your credit or debit card. Our company cooperates with Piraeus Bank and it is possible to use credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro & AmericanExpress (American Express - only in stores). The card is charged on the day your order is registered. Our online store www.polihome.gr has taken all the necessary measures for the security of your transactions through your credit card and all credit card holders are subject to validity checks.
The possibility of payment with up to 12 installments is provided. With this payment method, you are transferred to a secure transaction environment of the cooperating bank that has undertaken the routing of the cards where you will be asked for all your card details.
In detail, the interest charge is determined as follows:
- 0 - 100€: 6% interest on all installments
- 101 - 500€: First 3 installments interest-free - 6% interest after the 3rd installment
- 501 - 1000€: First 6 installments interest-free - 6% interest after the 6th installment
- 1001€ and above: All installments interest-free
- American Express: 3.5% interest (installments not supported, applies only for full payment of amount)
- Diners: 3.5% interest (Installments supported, 6% interest after the 3rd installment)
It is important to necessarily mention a contact phone number and a valid email address.
In case your credit card is not approved by your bank, the company reserves the right to cancel your order.
Payment by credit card can also be made at the company's showrooms and at Polihome's central facilities.
