The terms and conditions described in this policy apply to all products purchased from the online store of Polihome through the internet at www.polihome.gr

 

Order cancellation

When you place your order at the Polihome online store (www.polihome.gr) for products belonging to the Polihome range of products), you have the option of canceling your order within the same day you made the order.

 

Transfer of returned products

If you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you will need your receipt, order form, order confirmation e-mail and credit card coupon (if you have paid by credit card). For the return of your products you can visit the Polihome distribution depots at Sindos (Α4, Sindos Industrial Area, Thessaloniki, pc.57022). Alternatively, send your request via the www.polihome.gr/contacts contact form, selecting the Returns Department. For any information you need, you can contact us by calling 231 231 44 44 or 215 215 44 44 from landline or mobile with an urban unit charge. The refund request will take effect from the date you declare the request for the return of the goods to us.

The products you want to return should be in perfect condition (for items that have factory packaging should not be tampered with or damaged and clearly you have not proceeded to mount them). You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product falls under warranty issues due to a manufacturing defect. If you open the package, you will have to take care of the status of the returned products from the moment they are handed over to you until you deliver them to the warehouse's central warehouses (address shown above).

You may return the purchased products within 14 calendar days of receipt. You are required to return to us the product (s) from the market that you immediately withdraw without undue delay and in any event within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day period. Polihome, may refuse any product refund or replacement if the deadline has not been met.

In addition to the rights granted with return policy, all rights that apply to consumers in any case are recognized by existing provisions and sales contract laws, as well as any rights arising in connection with product warranty terms.

 

Refund of the return value of returned products

If you qualify for a refund, we will refund the amount corresponding to the value of the merchandise you return via a bank deposit to your account unless you want another refund method for which you must notify us in writing.

Refund of returned products will be refunded as soon as possible. In any case, we will notify you in writing about the return of the products and we will accept their return as well as the products have been delivered to the warehouses in Sindos, Thessaloniki (address mentioned above). 
Once the order has been dispatched/invoiced from our warehouses for delivery to the customer - in case of cancellation, the shipping costs are not refundable.

 

Return a defective product

Upon receipt of the products, the customer should check the packaging externally, confirming the absence of external and aesthetic defects. In case of defect the consumer is entitled to refuse the receipt of the items and return it to the distributor ir to receive by signing with a reservation of the content and contacting the support department of the company within 5 calendar days via the withdrawal form or sending his request in writing. In case of the expiration of this deadline, he loses all relevant rights.

If the consumer discovers a defective part of the product when unpacking the items in his or her premises, he or she must contact the company's support department and should not proceed with its assembly if it has internal impacts or defects, in order to make it possible to determine the routing process problem and he / she shall not dispose of the original packaging of the product.

 

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  1. The supply of goods or the provision of services the price of which depends on money market fluctuations which can not be controlled and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
  2. The supply of goods manufactured according to the specifications that you have placed as a consumer or which are not in stock and require a specific order from the (supplier/manufacturer)..
  3. The supply of goods which, by reason of their nature, are, by their very nature, interchangeable with other elements.

 

We are sorry, but we do not accept returns on special orders (lounges, upholstered beds), linens with open packages (eg sheets, duvets, pillows, mattresses, pillow and mattress protectors, etc.), products ordered / manufactured exclusively for you, either from domestic or foreign suppliers / manufacturers.
